Fitness for Busy Professionals

Here are a few fitness hacks to get your exercise in each day/week:


*If possible walk, bike or run to work. You'll take in great sites (hopefully) and save on transportation costs while burning plenty of calories.


*Join a gym or use your company's fitness room (if there is one).


*Get up early to get your workout in. Get up long before the rest of the house does. Not only is the solitude relaxing, but you have the satisfaction of completing it long before your day starts.


*Find something that you enjoy or have always wanted to do. Try ballet class

for adultis, yoga for relaxation,etc. You'll be more passionate about working out and also looking forward to doing so, instead of looking at it as a chore.


*Keep weights at your desk.


*If you have a family, roommates, a partner, try working out with them. Try walking around the park with your little ones, playing volleyball in the yard or even hide and seek in the house.
